IGC Technologies, LLC Expands Product Lines
New product lines include specially engineered steel foundry formulations to reduce production costs

Milwaukee, WI – IGC Technologies, LLC announces the addition of Veinseal® HMI and complimentary formulations of E-Cast^TM refractory coatings, MasterTop^TM exothermic hot toppings and Slag-Getter^TM slag coagulants, all designed to target the requirements of the steel casting industry.

“The launch of Veinseal HMI and related steel solutions will revolutionize the manufacture of steel castings by dramatically reducing total production costs” said Ralf Schoenfelder, CEO of IGC Technologies, LLC.

Like the original formulations of Veinseal currently in use by leading iron foundries around the world, Veinseal HMI has been engineered with high-quality inorganic materials that contribute zero LOI to the casting process and zero hazardous organic compounds to the environment. Veinseal HMI dramatically reduces or eliminates costly veining, penetration and other surface defects in steel castings. Veinseal HMI is expected to replace traditional specialty sands, ceramic media and synthetic, spherical iron oxides in most steel casting applications due to a positive impact on casting processes, cleaning room costs and the environment.

Along with Veinseal® HMI, IGC Technologies, LLC announces new steel formulations of their leading refractory coatings “E-Cast” as well as their engineered line of hot toppings, MasterTop.
