Absolutely. With EnviroBlend^®, our approach is to stabilize industrial waste streams by injecting our formulation into the ductwork prior to the dust reaching the baghouse. This approach avoids the generation of hazardous waste as classified by the RCRA program since the material is considered hazardous AFTER the baghouse. With the EnviroBlend^® system, the material leavings the baghouse has been treated with EnviroBlend^® and meets the RCRA Toxicity Characteristic (TC) standards of heavy metals. The treated material can now be managed as non-hazardous waste, saving your organization time and money associated with RCRA permitting.

The goal of every plaster shop should be a plaster mix where the plaster particles are completely dispersed in the water to produce a uniform, homogeneous slurry. Successful mixing of industrial plasters requires strict adherence to precise standards. IGC strongly recommends shop procedures to be standardized as well. Mixing of plaster slurry is the most important step in producing plaster casts with maximum strength and hardness.
